If you can bring the TV into our workshop, you will start saving on your repairs cost.

We have an inspection fee that is payable at the time of booking. Assessment and repairs will not start unless this fee has been paid.

Assessment fees start from $99.00

Our assessment fee is deducted off the repair cost, however it is not refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

If you can't transport the unit, our pick-up and delivery fee is from $77.00 each way

An up front inspection fee is required to assess the unit. The full cost of the assessment fee will be deducted off the repair cost and will not be refunded if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

To minimize the repair cost we encourage customers to bring the unit in to our workshop for repairs, however if required we can pick the unit up from your residence once it is uninstalled. As each case is different please contact us to discuss your requirements

Our inspection / Estimate fee is required to be paid upfront.

Due to the high voltage generated within the microwave ovens, it is strongly recommended not to attempt repairs of your own. 2000 Volts will kill you.

Our technicians have been trained to work with high voltage, don't risk it no matter how simple the circuitry looks

and unfortunately it is very rarely "just the fuse"

Domestic and Commercial Microwaves 

There are many budget microwaves in the market, therefore you will need to consider the value of the unit against potential repair costs.

A good rule of thumb with most electronic repairs is, invest up to 50% of the replacement cost.

Our investigation/estimate fee starts at $99.00, with the average repair around $200.00, therefore if you have purchased a good special,

save your money and replace the unit.

With commercial Microwaves normally priced over $1200.00 our inspection fee is still $99.00.

Same guidelines apply, invest up to 50% on the repair cost of the replacement cost.

Don't forget - For commercial units, keep in mind that any repairs are fully Tax deductible !!
