All repairs are subject to a non-refundable estimate and/or minimum labour fee. Charges will also apply to warranty repairs not covered under manufacturers’ or extended warranty conditions.
No refund policy of the booking fee applies to items when a repair authority has been given by the owner or after work has commenced on your unit. If you establish that the item is under warranty or it is referred to manufacturer or extended Warranty Company for compensation, the booking fee will not be refundable.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the highest level of care is applied during the transportation & service of any goods by Sunland TV Service or any of its affiliates, agents and licensors (and/or any third party) will not be liable for any damages or inconvenience arising. If the unit is damaged whist in our premises or during transport, compensation and/or remedy is governed by our insure conditions.
In no event will Sunland TV Service be liable for its affiliates, agents and licensors to you (and/or any third party) arising out of any kind of legal claim (whether in contract or otherwise) in any way connected with the service to which the claim relates. No omission of its affiliates, agents and licensors will operate as a waiver of any right. For the exclusive benefit of Sunland TV Service, Sunland TV Service shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of our state of residence or, where these terms are entered into in the course of trade or profession of our principal place of business.
If the unit fails with the same defect under the warranty period stated on the invoice, it is the customer responsibility to notify us within this period so that the defect can be re investigated and repaired under warranty.
However if the unit has developed an unrelated fault to the previous repair, the customer will be advised of the findings and an estimate for the additional repairs will be provided.
Sunland TV Service can dispose or sell this unit if not collected within 30 (thirty) days of notification of completion without any further notice.
Please note: If your TV is to be repaired under warranty, the manufacturer does not cover the removal of the TV from the wall nor the installation back on the wall. As you would have paid to have it installed on the wall, it is your responsibility to have it removed and re-installed.
We often assist with this as a courtesy at no charge to you where practical and efficient.
